That's right, folks. The darling pre-school graduate pictured here just dumped me over the phone today. Jackson is my cousin's son. Jen & her family used to live in Fredericksburg, VA and we'd hang out all the time. We missed them so much when they moved to Ohio in summer of 2007. Today I was talking to Jackson on the phone about 2nd grade and multiplication and stuff, and right before he got off the phone with me, he did the deed. He said in a very hurried manner, "Sorry I can't be in love with you anymore, I have another one". Just like that. And he quickly handed the phone back to his mom before I could even respond. Ouch, Jackson!
That's okay. I still love you, kid!
