Pumpkin Cheesecake

Lane doesn't mess around when it comes to baking. Behold, the pumpkin spice cheesecake with gingersnap cookie crumb crust and pecan praline topping! The cheesecake baked so beautifully, it didn't have one itty bitty crack in it. We are going to enjoy some tea and cheesecake now.

Man! That looks amazing! I made Serkan a chocolate irish cream cheesecake for his birthday, but the oven here is so hot and uncontrollable it burned. This might be the most beautiful cheesecake I have ever seen. Wish we were there to share :) Buen provecho!
