We finally took the hint from Gabriela that she was interested in our food. She seemed mesmerized every time one of us was eating or drinking. But when she actually grabbed a cracker out of her daddy's hands yesterday, we decided it was time to give her some of her own food (and possibly, teach her some better manners!).
Here she is, trying bananas for the first time. Gabriela didn't cry or spit it out, but she still wasn't quite sure what was going on. She looks like such a big girl in her booster seat!!

oh my gosh, so funny! i remember the excitement (and hilarity) or giving "real" food for the first time. it's so great, the facial expressions they make! have you given her anything else yet?
