Funnily enough, last week I wanted to make a quick lunch for Jesse and I on Saturday so I offered to make nachos. He wrinkled his nose a little and then said, "I think I will just have a sandwich." I then made the sandwich amidst preparing my own nachos which looked eerily like the featured picture. When Jesse saw my end result of nachos he was instantly envious. I wanted to know what was the matter with his sandwich and he said, "When you said 'nachos' I thought you meant just chips and cheese." I laughed of course and said, "Honey, I am a Grover. When I do nachos I mean business." Needless to say, I had to share my nachos with Jesse who instantly pronounced them the best nachos he had ever had. Funny man. Even after a year he still forgets that when I do food, I do food right :) Great job Lane. Way to represent the fam on both the baking and cooking out East. I am doing my part here in the West. Miss you all!

I love you and miss you bunches. I wish we were joining you for the holidays. Give kisses to cutie pie. She looks like she lost some weight while she was sick. :(
Mom, Gabriela is the daughter of LANE and ELENA ... even if she did lose weight while sick she is bound to be a skinny minny no matter what. No rolly polly roundy chunky girl; Lean and Lanky Laney and 'Lena baby :) Love it!
