So Lane asked me to make this Kale dish that I hadn't made in like 4 years. Its a mixture of kale, white beans, tomatoes, garlic, onions, red pepper flakes, and oregano atop a slice of garlic toast with parmesan cheese on it. I was so excited to try it again. I also sauteed some asparagus on our griddle and cooked up some steaks I'd been marinating for a few days. Here is the lovely result:
